1. Booking by Phone
Bookings are currently handled directly by telephone. Customers can contact NITO EXPLOR on 073 067 8577 during operating hours.
Our operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00.
2. Booking Information
Customers may be asked to provide information necessary to arrange the visit, including:
- Customer name and surname.
- Contact telephone number.
- Preferred visit date.
- Number of visitors.
- Selected experience or activity.
- Any relevant requirements communicated during booking.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once NITO EXPLOR has confirmed availability and the required payment or payment arrangement has been completed.
Customers should not travel to the park based solely on an enquiry or telephone conversation that has not resulted in a confirmed booking.

Availability is subject to the capacity of the park, experience schedules, operational requirements, weather conditions and animal welfare considerations.

6. Changes to a Booking
Customers should contact NITO EXPLOR as soon as possible if they need to change the date, number of visitors or experience associated with a booking.
